Security
DialOnCall holds little data and protects what it holds.
Your browser talks to DialOnCall over TLS, and call audio between your browser and our media servers is encrypted. Onward legs to carriers use the carrier's own transport.
Sign-in through Google or an email link gives us a name and an email address. We never receive your password, contacts, messages or files.
We keep the number dialled, the caller ID used, the time and the duration for billing. The audio itself is not recorded or stored.
Card details go directly to our payment provider. DialOnCall stores only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Rate limits, destination checks and anomaly monitoring protect the telephone network and your credit balance from misuse.
