Terms of use

The agreement between you and DialOnCall.

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of dialoncall.com and the DialOnCall calling service operated by DialOnCall, Singapore. By signing in or making a call you agree to them.

1. The service

DialOnCall lets you place voice calls from a web browser to landlines and mobiles on the public telephone network. It is not a replacement for a mobile or fixed-line telephone service.

2. Emergency calls

DialOnCall does not support emergency calls. You cannot reach 911, 999, 112 or any other emergency number through the service. You are responsible for keeping access to a traditional phone for emergencies.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate sign-in details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Pricing and billing

5. Caller numbers

You may verify a number only if you own or control it. Rented numbers remain our property, may be reassigned when rental ends, and must not be used to impersonate others. Rented numbers may not receive SMS and are unlikely to receive automated verification codes; we make no promise that they will.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use DialOnCall for unsolicited marketing or robocalling, harassment, fraud, spoofing, calls that are illegal in your location or the destination, or any use that interferes with the telephone network or our partners. We may suspend accounts that breach this section without refund.

7. Availability and quality

Call quality depends on your internet connection and on third-party carriers. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that every destination is reachable or that the service is uninterrupted.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the credit balance on your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the unavailability of emergency calling.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close or suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
